Manhattan at Night

The Top of the Rock has great views of Manhattan. This was my second time in New York City, and this time I wanted to see the city all lit up at night. It was extremely difficult to get the photo, as I did not have my tripod with me, and there was very little light. I had took several photographs with a high ISO of 1600 or 3200, but with this photograph there was a place that I could rest my camera. So I put the ISO down to 100 and increased the shutter speed to 5 seconds in the hope that I would get a sharper photo. I am happy with the end result!
